Principles of option

 

 

 

 

 

 

1.For precision processing the media with small grains should be chosen and for rough processing the media with bigger grains should be used.

2.The media should not be over big when used for processing large workpieces while the media should not be too small for processing large workpieces.

3.The hardness of the media should be decided according to the efficiency of processing and polishing consumption.  

4.For processing the workpieces with holes or troughs, the media should be 1.5 times large than the holes or troughs while the small media should be 1/3 smaller than the holes or troughs

5.The proportion of the media and workpieces should be 2:1~5:1 and be adjusted according to rough or precision processing.
