Renowned Universities in Mineral Processing Visit Kings Beads

August 11, 2025

In August 2025, Kings Beads had the honor of hosting distinguished professors from three leading institutions in the field of mineral processing: the University of British Columbia (Canada), the University of São Paulo (Brazil), and Northeastern University (China). The visit focused on advancing dialogue around cutting-edge topics in mineral processing, with a particular emphasis on comminution and grinding technologies.

The academic delegation toured our fully automated ceramic grinding media production line, quality inspection facilities, R&D center, and metallurgy and technology labs. The professors expressed high appreciation for our achievements in optimizing production processes and commended our sustained investment in research, innovation, and talent development.

During the visit, our technical team held in-depth exchanges with the professors, covering the latest developments and emerging trends in comminution, as well as specific challenges in fine and ultrafine grinding applications. The discussions highlighted the importance of strong collaboration between academia and industry, particularly in addressing the complex demands of modern mineral processing.

Topics such as academic exchange programs, joint research opportunities, talent cultivation, new technology applications, and global market expansion were explored in depth. The visit yielded promising opportunities for future cooperation.

This engagement further strengthened Kings Beads' ties with the global academic community and reinforced our position as a technology-driven, internationally minded leader in ceramic grinding media. By continuing to collaborate with top-tier universities and research institutions, we aim to accelerate innovation in grinding technology and contribute to a more sustainable, efficient future for the global mining industry.
